Morocco has returned to the chairs and the Union .. a new founding member, and is no longer Africa .. He is an African, did not leave Africa and did not neglect the issues, as did not deny it once, and if left the Organization of African Unity to bias the "Sahrawi desert" With a vote of 26 states, and with the instigation of a South African-Algerian at the Nairobi summit in 1984.

The late King Hassan II, may God have mercy on him, promised to return to the African Organization when the time is right, and the international, regional and national conditions in favor of Morocco and its first national cause, "Moroccan Western Sahara".

The promise of the late King Hassan II by his successor King Mohammed VI at the 28th Summit of the Continental Organization held in Addis Ababa in his speech to the 20th Summit of the Organization of African Unity on 12 November 1984, Morocco is an African country, and it will remain, and we, the Moroccans, will continue to serve Africa ... and we will be at the forefront for the dignity of the African citizen and respect for our continent. "

 The departure of Morocco from the institutional framework of Africa was an immoral reality. The coup against regional and international legitimacy was made. This led the Kingdom of Morocco to leave this painfully. Morocco paid dearly because of the length of time, not because of the decision itself.

Today, after 33 years, only 10 countries recognize the phantom republic. The situation in the African Union, Africa and the Kingdom of Morocco has changed. The Moroccan position has changed after returning to its African home, after a deep strategic thinking, where all the time, to make a brave historic decision, And beyond.

Yes, the Moroccan position has changed for several reasons, but the fulfillment of the first national issue, the "Moroccan Sahara" has not changed and will not change.
